TEAM TORELLI EVENTS 2014
TEAM TORELLI CYCLING CLUB NEWSLETTER
The clocks have just gone back, the leaves are starting to fall, Christmas and New Year are just around the corner. Its time to start thinking about next years Sportive season. We have just launched six events for next year with a few more that we are still finalising and will let you know as soon as they go live.
With the Tour de France right on our door step next year and the Commonwealth Games coming our shores it looks like it will be another great year for British cycling. Last year was a huge success we had record numbers of riders taking part in our events and next year looks like it will be even better.
We will have all the usual features in our events next year including the event commentators who were a big success this year, Ray Little from Granda and Eurosport`s Carl Lawrenson.
Once again be using Poynton Leisure Centre and Radclyffe Athletics Stadium as Head Quarters. Both venues have great facilities, changing rooms, showers , plenty of free parking on tarmac no muddy fields and extremely helpful staff.
High 5 will be back on board as our fueling partner. We will have their energy gels and sports nutrition drinks at our feeding stations once again. Along with the usual favourites Flap Jacks and Bananas.
We will be publishing some training programs shortly on our websites to help you get fit over the winter months. Along with some helpful tips to make your cycling more enjoyable.
We look forward to seeing you all at the start of the season.
